Bulldog Footbal Coaches

(5-11-17) At Monday night’s May Celina City School Board of Education meeting the Board will be asked to approve nine new coaches for Brennan Bader’s first Bulldog coaching staff.

Bader will start his first season as Celina’s Head Football in the fall after being hired in April, he will replace Trent Temple who resigned in March.

Joining Bader will be two varsity assistants, Bret Baucher and Tyler Foulkes, who both stepped down in March along with Bader. Also added will be, Dave Hucke, Cory Howell, Chad Bruns and Roy Pifer.

Three volunteer coaches looking to be approved are Zack Marks, Cole Stephens and Sean Gabes.

Approved at the March meeting were contracts for two former volunteers and both were given 1/2 time contracts as Varsity Assistants, Scott Miller and Jeff Stein.

Other coaching hires on the Monday night agenda that will be looking for approval are James Miracle (Wrestling) and Jay Imwalle (Boys Basketball).

One big surprise not on the agenda is the hiring of a new girls basketball coach to replace the retiring Steve Bader.  Celina suffered their worst season in the program’s history.
