(11-1-18) Harlem will have a new head football coach next season after it was announced that long-time head coach Jim Morrow had stepped down.

- stats from IHSA web site
Morrow has been the Huskies head coach for 15 years. Of those 15 years the Huskies qualified for the playoffs for 13 years, including the last 11 years in a row. 13 of his 15 teams were .500 or above.
His last game as a head coach was last Saturday when Harlem lost in the opening round of the IHSA 7A playoff to Lincoln-Way West 24-17.
In 2013 the Huskies won 9 games, the most during his tenure for one season. Morrow ends his career (according to the IHSA web site) with 101-51 career record.
No word at this time in a possible replacement.
