(3-28-19) Coldwater baseball is one of the most well known baseball programs in Ohio, besides producing state champions, they also have numerous former players now coaching.
Trent Dues, who is the Head Baseball Coach at Vandalia Butler picked up his 500th career coaching win tonight. Dues was a three-sport standout for the Cavaliers, played college baseball at Bowling Green and was an original member of the Grand Lake Mariners summer collegiate baseball team.
The best part about 500 is the fact that my assistant coaches of Scott Thompson, Steve Clark and Mike Bardonaro started with me and we are still together. This is their 500th as well! Congrats to the guys that are the unsung heroes and a huge reason why I keep going!#luvuguys
