The Wildcats had a dismal 2018-19 season, going 0-9 in the Western Buckeye League and 1-22 overall.

Allen came to Bath after being the head coach at Lima Senior were he had had a 77-79 overall record in seven seasons During his time with the Spartans his best season came in 2008-09, they went 19-5 and were a regional semifinalist, which was his second season.
