(4-13-19) Today on Twitter Ft. Recovery’s Payton Jutte announced that he has committed to Thomas More University to continue his education and basketball career.
Jutte (6’4) averaged 19 points a game and scored his 1,000th career point this season. He was a 1st Team All Midwest Athletic Conference selection and a Third Team All Northwest District Team pick.
Thomas More is located in Crestview Hills, Kentucky and last season was a NCAA D III member and competed in the American Collegiate Basketball Association, which had schools based on the East Coast. In July of 2018 Thomas More Director of Athletics Terry Connor announced that Thomas More will move to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Mid-South Conference effective July 1, 2019.
