D-I
Fairfield (5-0) catapulted into the D-I top 10 this past week with a pair of monstrous wins over Hamilton and Princeton. The Indians opened the season with a win over D-IV favorite, Richmond Heights. That 8-point win was their closest contest so far this season. Pickerington Central and Lakota East also made strong moves up the rankings.
D-II
Averaging 85.8 points per game, Cincinnati Woodward leapfrogs Lima Shawnee to enter the D-II top 5. The Indians fall to #6, despite another win over Bath this past week. The only other northwest team in the D-II top 10 is Rossford, who was idle this past week.
D-III
With a 10-point loss to South Webster, Wheelersburg falls from their #1 spot in the D-III rankings. Replacing them is Cincinnati Taft, who outscored their two opponents this week by a total of 193-88. Right behind them are Ottawa-Glandorf and Wayne Trace, rounding out the top 3.
D-IV
Tons of western Ohio teams making the top 10 their home in the D-IV rankings. Antwerp holds the top spot after blowout wins over Ottoville and Continental this past week. Defending state champion Botkins moves up a spot to #3. Russia is our biggest mover, jumping all the week into the top 5 with wins over Fairlawn and Bradford. Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Old Fort, and Jackson Center all hold places in the D-IV top 10.
