Van Wert’s Eggerss Stadium On The May 3rd Ballot

(4-14-22) Van Wert City School District residents will be voting on May 3rd for major improvements on the Cougars’ Eggerss Football Stadium.

One of the oldest remaining stadiums in the Western Buckeye League…it was decided to renovate the current stadium instead of building a new facility at the new Van Wert HS location built several years ago.

Van Wert’s football program has been on the upswing in recent years, including a D IV State Football Championship in 2020.
