(4-19-22) Last night the Fort Recovery Board of Education decided to stay in-house and approved the hiring of Assistant Varsity Coach Bob Leverette as the Indians new boys basketball coach.

Leverette replaces Jim Melton who had been the head coach for the last three seasons, he leaves with a winning record of 43-28. The Indians went 4-5 in the MAC this past season and 14-8 overall.

The announcement was made Ft. Recovery school officials in March that Melton would not return next season.
