Owen made it through the procedure last night, finishing around 2 AM.  Unfortunately, the surgeons were unable to stop the bleeding in his brain.  They are keeping him comfortable right now, and we are so thankful that his family has been able to get here to say good bye.  Rev 21:4 –  ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[a] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Owen had just finished his junior year and would have graduated in the Spring of 2023. He was a QB on the Chargers football team and was considered to be in line to be the starter.

He was being recruited numerous colleges including D I schools and had been attending visits and working out the last several months.

Owen was also a top student student with a 3.8 GPA.
