(8-23-22) Today at Coldwater the 2022 Mercer County Cross County Meet was held. St. Henry picked up the girls title and Marion Local won the boys championship.
Marion Local won the boys meet outdistancing 2nd place Celina 28-55.
The Flyers top 5 runners finished in the Top 8, Noah Budde was 3rd, Troy Stucke 4th, Dalton Pohlmann 6th, Lucas Broering 7th and Trey Geottemoeller was 8th.
Ft. Recovery’s Trevor Heitkamp was the individual champion in a time of 17:08.57 and Celina’s Colin Buening was 2nd in a time of 17:56.35.
2022 Boys Complete Results
In the girls meet St. Henry edged Parkway 48-54. Leah Heitkamp led St. Henry with an 5th place finish, Ally Heath in a 6th place and Rileigh Baumer was 7th. Parkway’s Amanda Barrett was 4th.
Celina’s Kaylie Dameron was the individual champion in a time of 19:37.39, Ft. Recovery’s Natalie Brunswick was 2nd in a time of 20:32.36.
