(9-25-22) Delphos St. John’s captured the 2022 Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC) tournament yesterday held at the Celina Lynx. With that win they also collected the MAC Championship edging out Minster and Coldwater who finished in 2nd and 3rd place.
The title for the Blue Jays is just their 2nd, the last time they won was in 2001.
The Blue Jays Jack Gerker was named the MAC Player of the Year, while his teammate Collin Feathers was the runner-up.
The Blue Jays were led by top 3 18-hole scores of Gerker with a 75, Feathers with a 76 and Tyce McClain with a 79.
