(10-14-22) The Sebring Local Schools Board of Education voted 5-0 last night to approve a proposal from first-year football coach and athletic director Anthony Agresta to switch from 11-man to 8-man football and petition the Northern 8 Football League for membership.
The BOE held a Special Board Meeting to discuss the item.
Sebring’s petition for admittance will now be going to the N8 member schools for a vote on the request to take place within a month.
Agresta told the Alliaqnce Review –
“If we’re approved, we would like to begin playing next year.”
