(12-1-17) After losing in last year’s D VII State Championship game the Minster Wildcats made this year count as they beat Cuyahoga Falls 32-7 and claim the 2017 title. Cuyahoga Falls is now 0-2 in their last two State Championships games losing back-to-back to MAC members, including last year’s loss to Marion Local in D VI. Once again Minster QB Jared Huelsman had a big day, accounting for 362 total yards offense, 221 yards rushing on 31 carries and 12 of 20 passing for 141 yards, 1 passing TD and 3 on the ground.
