(10-27-18) The 2018 Cross Country Regional results from Tiffin for DIII and D II stateline area teams.

Next Saturday Minster will have the opportunity to win their third consecutive D III Cross Country State Championship after winning the Tiffin D III Regionals. Minster outdistanced 2nd place Archbold 35-102.

The Wildcats Emma Watcke led the way again winning the individual title in a time of 18.27.77. She had lots of help again from her teammates, Mackenzie Bohman was 5th, Kaitlyn Albers 7th,  Gwendolyn Meiring was 9th and Madeline Magoto finished 16th (13th in the team standings).

Minster’s 6th and 7th runners Mason Pohl and ane Emma Meyer finished 21st and 22nd.

Coldwater finished 4th with 214 points and will advance to State as a team next week. The Cavs were led by Haley Alig (Freshman) who finished 6th.

Ft. Recovery’s Chloe Will advances to state with a 25th place finish. The Indians 9th place finish was just one place away from qualifying for state as a team.

CC - Regional Girls 18 III CC - Regional Girls 18 III team

Parkway just missed advancing to state as a team with an 8th place finish (249 points). But the Panthers did advance two individual runners, Matt Gaerke (Senior) finished 8th and Kyle Roth (Junior) finished 14th.

Top seven teams and those individuals that finish in the top 28 advance to the state.
