(8-23-21) Week 1 of high school football in Ohio is in the books.
One of the highlights was Kirtland’s 50-6 win over Harvey. The win was the Hornets 42nd consecutive win and ranking them in a tie for the #4 spot with Corner Canyon (Utah).

Kirtland has won three consecutive OHSAA state titles, including winning the 2020 Pandemic D V title over Ironton 38-0.
The Hornets will try to extend their streak on Friday on the road vs. Lutheran West. The Longhorns opened the seas with a 37-13 win over Fairview.
