(5-21-22) The 2022 SSN’s All-Mercer County Baseball team has been selected.
Celina’s Quinn Andrew was named the Player of Year (stats 5-6-22) had a .375 average (24 of 54), 5 doubles, 25 runs and 19 stolen bases…pitching was 4-0 with 1.47 ERA, 33 K’s and a WHIP of 1.11.
The Bulldogs were led by Hall of Fame Coach John Dorner, his first year at the Celina helm. Andrew helped to lead a young Celina team to a competitive year.
Coldwater and St. Henry both had four players named to this year’s team.
The selections consisted of 6 Seniors, 1 Junior and 4 Sophomores.
