
(8-30-22) Parkway Running Back Eddie Nichols (6’1 225lb Sr) had a night to remember in the Panthers 49-12 win over North Central. Nichols rushed for 264 yards on 19 carries and three TDs.
His 2nd quarter TD of 99 yards at the start of the 2nd quarter entered him into the OHSAA record book. It is the 2nd time it has happened in Ohio in 2022…last week it happened when Philo’s Talon Preston took it 99 yards for a TD.

Eddie Nichols on breaking two school records Friday vs. North Central.
The first record broke was Longest Rush from the line of scrimmage at 99 yards previously held by Mark Heitkamp in 1986 with a 98 yard run.
The second record broke was Rushing Yards in one game with 262 yards previously held by Greg Roebuck 257 yards in 1977
