SSN’s Mercer County League…The 6th Season

(11-29-23) Last night kicked off the 6th season of SSN”s Mercer County League (MCL) with girls basketball action with Coldwater beating Celina 41-18.

The upcoming season will see one ‘major’ change due to the girls tournament (OVISCO) and the boys tournament (Asset Allocations) being eliminated. Those two tournament featured four of the six Mercer County schools. The most games played between each MCL school will be five games.

Why the MCL?

To add a little extra excitement to the high school basketball season SSN again will bring you the Mercer County League.

The first year SSN introduced the (mythical) MCL was in 2018-19.

All six Mercer County high schools are included, actual head to head match-ups between the schools that will determine a MCL champion in both boys and girls basketball.
