(9-28-17) St. Henry is moving on to the Boys Golf Districts after placing second at the D III Sectionals at Colonial Golfers Club.

The Redskins’ Jack Romer shot a (38-39) 77 to lead the way, he was 3-shots behind medalist Logan Dray (38-36) of Perry who shot a 74 and advances on to Districts as an individual. The Redskins were just 6 strokes behind Spencerville who won the Sectional with a 332. Parkway was 5th with a team score of 358, Marion Local was 12th with a 394 and Ft. Recovery was 13th with a 399.

Parkway’s Mason Baxter (43-42) advances as an individual after shooting an 85 and finishing in a 8th place tie. Baxter would go on to beat Minster’s Grant Voisard in a one-hole playoff to be able to advance.
