(12-11-17) Fistfights erupted in the stands at a Toledo City League boys basketball game on Friday night (12-9-17) between Scott and Start.

Toledo Public Schools system has determined that none of those involved in the brawl are Toledo students, but have not said who was involved.

Start would pick up the 44-27 win, for Scott they would lose again on Saturday to Lima Central Catholic 53-43.

Its at least the second time in less than a year that fight has broken out in a fight during a boys basketball game.

The last time was  February  9th  (2017)  when at a Bowsher and Scott game the fight  resulted in the game being called in the just the second quarter. Shortly after Bowsher player, Dalonte Brown took a hard foul, both teams began to fight.

Fifteen players from the game were suspended, six players from Bowsher and nine players from Scott were given two-game suspensions.
