(4-24-23) At its 4-18-23 meeting the Fort Recovery School Board hired Tyler Deitsch as the new high school girls basketball coach Monday.
This will be Deitsch’s first head coaching job after being an assistant coach for Parkway over the past seven seasons, including last season’s Midwest Athletic Conference championship for the Panthers. He graduated from Parkway in 2011..
Deitsch replaces Holly Gann, who was hired at the same BOE meeting as the new Ft. Recovery Elementary School principal, she has also stepped down as the Indians’ AD.
Ft. Recovery went 1-8 in the MAC and ended the season with an overall record of 7-14.
