5-23-26 – The Celina girls’ track team picked up a D III District Championship today. The Bulldog beat 2nd place OG 128-112.5 to win Celina’s first district title since 2022.

The Bulldogs picked up a little revenge after coming in 2nd to O-G in the recent WBL Championship.

Highlights include:

Maddie Rammel finishing 2nd and resetting her school record in the 100…she also finished 2nd in the 200

Ali Hemmelgarn won the 100 hurdles… setting the school record She also won the 300 hurdles and finished 4th in the 200.

Elle Miesse finished 2nd in both the 800 and 1600 runs

Gracyn Harris won pole vault…She also finished 4th in the 100 Hurdles and 5th in the 300 Hurdles


Sophie Gudorf finished 7th in the 800


Brenna Korte finished 2nd in long jump and 8th in the 100


Rachel Rammel finished 3rd in long jump


Bernie Kramer finished 6th in pole vault

Both the 4×100 and 4×200 finished 2nd

The 4×800 relay team of Sophie Gudorf, Claire Huwer, Jennalee Dameron, and Elle Miesse was 3rd

Kirsten Garrity was 3rd in the high jump
