(7-29-21) The 2021-22 OHSAA Board of Directors were announced today in a release. The Board has a new President for this year in Scott Kaufman (AD/Asst Principal at Lakota West) and Vice-President Steve Watkins (Dalton Middle School). Kaufman replaces last year’s President Jeff Cassella (Mentor), while Watkins moves up to replace Kaufman as VP.

Financials

Financial data for the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) is slow to be released to the public. The June 8th Board minutes (recently released) listed funds ending April 30th.

The OHSAA funding has been in the spotlight due to the recent pandemic. Schools this year will pay fees for competing in the association sports.
