(12-6-24) A look at attendance figures for all of the 2024 OHSAA State Football Championship games in Canton.

This year was the lowest combined attendance (excluding COVID season) dating back to 2015 with just 34,222…a drop of 9,517 from 2023.

The D II Championship game, with 4,911 at the game, was down over 10,000 in attendance from last year, which had been the largest in the playoffs since 2015 with 14,846. It also was the smallest (not including the COVID year in 2020) attendance for the D II game during the period listed below.

The last championship game of the weekend in D IV had the biggest crowd with 7,350. The D III game had 67 more fans then it did in 2023. The D VI had the lowest attendance during the weekend.
