(5-18-18) Celina is once again searching for a girls basketball coach, after just one season Brandon Steinke has resigned both his coaching and teaching position at Celina.
The Celina Board of Education will act on both items Monday night.
In Steinke’s one season as the head coach the Bulldogs went 2-22 overall and 0-9 in the Western Buckeye League. Steinke is an Auglaize County native and returned to the area last year after spending several years in Texas. He was approved by the school board on June 7th, 2017. This was Steinke’s first head coaching position, he replaced Steve Bader who has retired from the school system last year after being the head man for two years.
