(6-10-22) The Indiana All Stars started out hot and continued that way for the rest of the game beating the Kentucky All Stars 104-77 in Owensboro. Indiana led at halftime 48-28.

CJ Gunn (Lawrence North) , who missed Wednesday’s game with the Junior All Stars due to graduation, had a big night for Indiana scoring 20 points, Ryan Conwell (Pike) had a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds, Travis Grayson (Chesterton) had 12 points, Javen Buchanan (Lafayette Jeff) and Peter Suder (Carmel) both had 11, while Jaxon Edwards (Cathedral) and Branden Northern (Silver Creek) both had 10 points.

Kentucky was led by Mitchell Rylee (Covington Catholic) who was the game’s high scorer with 24 points and Sam Powell (Oldham County) had 17 points.

The Indiana stars were without the services of Connor Essegian who suffered an ankle injury in Wednesday’s games with the Indiana Junior stars. Cathedral’s Tayshawn Comer had a family emergency and was not at the game.

The two teams will match-up again tomorrow night at Southport.
